Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By entering into a contract, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Scope of Services
Dream Touch Architects Ltd. provides interior and architectural design, project supervision, construction, and furniture manufacturing services.
Service scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a written proposal or agreement before project initiation.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project details, requirements, and approvals in a timely manner.
You must not misuse our services or engage in any unlawful activities through our platform or business.
Payments & Billing
All projects require a signed contract and agreed-upon payment terms.
Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the agreement.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Project Changes & Modifications
Any changes to approved designs, materials, or project timelines must be requested in writing.
Additional costs or delays caused by changes will be the client’s responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Dream Touch Architects Ltd. until full payment is received.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction of our work is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business, design, or project information.
Client data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Service Limitations
While we strive for perfection, unforeseen delays (e.g., supplier issues, natural disasters) may affect timelines.
Dream Touch Architects Ltd. is not liable for factors beyond our control.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the contract with prior written notice.
Termination fees may apply if work has already been initiated or resources allocated.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
